OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ONLY LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO) ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATION.

ELIGIBILITY: This Savory Cities Summer 2008 Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. (except Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Perry Street Productions LLC (the Sponsor) and no officers, directors, employees, and agents of Sponsor or its affiliates, subsidiaries, their suppliers, contractors, advertising and promotional agencies and/or members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household ("Affiliates") are eligible to enter or win.

TO ENTER: The Savory Cities Summer 2008 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on on July 15, 2008 and ends on August 31, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) ("Sweepstakes Period"). Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by becoming a member of Savory Cities through the savorycities.com Website (the "Website"). Each participant who becomes a member of the Website or who enrolls in the Sweepstakes via the Alternative Entry Method (defined below) during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one entry. Participants may enroll in the Sweepstakes without joining Savory Cities as described above by mailing a postcard entry to Savory Cities Sweepstakes, 55 Greenwich Ave., New York, NY 10014 (the "Alternative Entry Method"). Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2008. You understand that by submitting an entry you are accepting the terms of these Official Rules and agreeing to be bound by them.

PRIZE: One Grand Prize Winner will receive $100 towards dinner at any restaurant listed on the Savory Cities web site that is featured in a Savory Cities video profile. The dinner must be redeemed within six months of notice of winning. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged except by Perry Street Productions and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning is affected by the number of eligible entries received. The total value of the Grand Prize is $100. Only one Grand Prize will be awarded. The winner will be solely responsible for obtaining a reservation at the restaurant and for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein. The Sweepstakes Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery; however, it is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about September 7, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified on or about September 14, 2008 by email ("Winner Notice"). The Winner Notice will include information on how the winner can claim the Grand Prize. Failure to comply with any rule, regulation or limitation will result in the forfeiture of the prize, in whole or in part.

The Winner Notice will also include a copy of an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release ("Affidavit"). Within ten (10) days of receipt of the Winner Notice, the winner shall be required to sign, notarize and return to Perry Street Productions LLC the Affidavit and Release. The winner must provide their full name, mailing address (the mailing address may not be a PO Box) in the Affidavit and Release. Failure to sign and return the Affidavit and Release within the time requested may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, late or misdirected mail. The Affidavit and Release is null and void if incomplete, not legible or if they contain errors.

GENERAL: The parties hereby grant to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, or the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes. By entering, participating and/or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees: (1) to release Sponsor and its Affiliates from all liability, loss or damage arising out entry, participation or selection in the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize; (2) to be bound by these Official Rules and the Perry Street Productions Privacy Policy applicable to information submitted during the entry, selection and award process (which may be reviewed at any time at http://newyork.savorycities.com/rules.php or write to the Sponsor at the address below to obtain a copy); (3) that the determinations and decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (4) to the use of his or her name, photographs, likenesses, biographical information, and city and state of residence for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media worldwide (including online) in perpetuity without additional compensation, except to the extent restricted or prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Winner (or a parents or legal guardian if the winner is a minor) is responsible for all taxes.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting or using the Grand Prize, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Grand Prize awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, which is in the sole and exclusive discretion of the Sponsor, shall be resolved without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards to entrant shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys fees or costs; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

VIOLATION OF RULES OR LAWS: Any attempt to damage or undermine the conduct or operation of the Sweepstakes or intercept or interfere with the Sweepstakes, any entries and/or prizes, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue any and all remedies available, to the fullest extent of the law. The delay or failure of Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any kind.

WINNER'S NAME: For the name of the prize winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope after October 1, 2008 and before December 1, 2008 to: Savory Cities, 55 Greenwich Avenue, New York, NY 10014.
